A listing is wrong, sold, or looks off

Tell us through the support form with the listing link. We re-read the dealer page or retire the listing, usually the same day.

Most oddities are timing: the dealer changed the page after our last pass. Each listing is re-read about daily, so a price change or a sale can lag up to a day. If something looks wrong beyond that, send it in.

How to report

Open the support form, choose "A listing is wrong or gone", paste the listing link (ours, starting with /l/, or the dealer's) and say what is off. We look at the dealer page and either fix the facts, re-crawl, or retire the listing.

Pictures

Pictures on Everylot are illustrations drawn from the listing's year, make, model and color, not photos of the exact car, so they do not show its condition. The dealer's own page, one click from every listing, has the real photos of that car.
