How it works

Dealers publish their used inventory on their own websites, with structured data for search engines. Everylot reads those pages the way a search engine does, keeps the facts, and puts every lot in one search. Results link straight to the dealer's page; there is nothing to sign up for.

What is in the index

Used and certified pre-owned vehicles from dealer websites that allow crawling. Each listing keeps year, make, model, trim, price, mileage, transmission, drivetrain, fuel, colors, VIN, dealer name and location, and a reduced preview of the dealer's photos. Listings are re-checked about daily; a listing that disappears from the dealer's site is retired within three days. Price drops are shown when we have seen a higher price before.

What is not

Private-party sites and marketplaces (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Autotrader, CarGurus, Cars.com) are not indexed. Their terms do not allow it, and Marketplace requires an account to search. Instead, every results page carries "Also search" links that open those sites with your filters. Dealer sites that block crawlers, or whose pages carry no vehicle data, are not indexed either, so coverage is honest rather than complete.

Search tips

Type naturally: 2019 4runner under 35k near 33460, manual miata, f-150 4wd under 60k miles. Years, price ceilings, mileage ceilings, zip codes, transmission, drivetrain and fuel are picked out of the text. The filter row does the same thing with menus. Results sort by distance when you give a zip, otherwise by newest.

Dealers

Being listed costs nothing and sends buyers to your own page. If you would rather not be listed, see the crawler policy or the removal page.
