Privacy policy

Everylot (everylot.io) is operated by Elowin Labs LLC. The short version: no accounts, no cookies, no advertising, no sale of data. Your searches are processed to return results and are not stored against you.

What we process

When you search, the filters you enter (for example a make, a price ceiling, a zip code) are sent to our server to run the query and are discarded after the response. A zip code is used only to compute distances. We keep short-lived, aggregate server logs (status codes, timings, error messages) to keep the service running; they are not used to identify or profile visitors.

What we do not collect

No accounts, no names, no email addresses, no payment details, no precise location. We do not set cookies and we do not use advertising or tracking pixels.

Analytics

If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service, to count page views in aggregate: page path, referrer, browser and device type, and country. It does not use cookies, store personal data, build profiles or track you across other sites, so no consent banner is required. Query strings, which may contain your search, are not part of the paths we look at.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which as any web host sees the technical details of a request (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not receive or keep logs tied to individuals beyond the short-lived operational logs described above.

Dealer data

Listings on this site are facts published by dealers on their own websites (vehicle, price, mileage, dealer name and address). That business contact information is displayed so you can reach the dealer. It is not personal data about you. Dealers who want a listing or a site removed can use the removal page.

Children

The site does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
