Removal requests

We index facts that dealers publish on their own sites and show reduced preview images that link back to the source. If you would rather not appear here, or a photo is yours and you want it gone, this page is the fast path. Requests are handled by Elowin Labs LLC, which operates Everylot.

Dealers: remove your site

Two options, either works within a day:

1. Add these lines to your robots.txt. Our crawler checks it daily, stops on the next visit, and your listings are retired within 72 hours:

User-agent: EverylotBot
Disallow: /

2. Email hello@elowinlabs.com from an address at your dealership domain with the site to remove. We mark the domain as removed, retire its listings, and delete cached previews.

One listing, or a wrong fact

Email the listing URL (either ours, starting with /l/, or yours) and what is wrong. We re-read the page or retire the listing, usually the same day.

Photos on this site are reduced-size previews of images on the source listing page, kept for at most 7 days after a listing disappears and never wider than 480 pixels. If you own a photograph and want the preview removed, send a notice to our designated agent with: (a) your signature, (b) the work claimed, (c) the URL on everylot.io where it appears, (d) your contact details, (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.

Image hosts

If you operate an image CDN used by dealer sites and prefer that we not fetch previews from it, email us the hostname; we stop fetching from that host and fall back to linking through to the source page.
