Deleting your account

Open the account page, choose Manage profile, then Delete account. Saved cars, saved searches and preferences are removed at once; the newsletter subscription is cancelled too.

On the account page, open Manage profile and scroll to Delete account. Confirm, and the account is gone.

What is deleted

The sign-in identity at our authentication provider, and on our side the user record, every saved car and saved search, and your preferences. If you were on the newsletter through the account, that subscription is cancelled as well. Support tickets you sent keep their content so we can still answer an open question, but are no longer linked to an account.

Timing

Deletion at the provider is immediate. Our copy is removed when the deletion event reaches us, normally within a minute. Sent emails already in your inbox are, of course, yours.
